What you need is the press-fit connection and you create the other half of the connection during the joining process with the PCB.

This is because enclosure manufacturers often see press-fit contacts merely as inserts, without considering their function. After all, they have nothing to do with it. The contacts must be correctly supported in the plastic tool and the position must be coordinated with the PCB and the assembly. It is your device that fails in the event of faults.
